Our Parks & Place Making Work Today
The Manor and Castle Wards remain our focus for Green Space regeneration, management and maintenace. Funding to deliver this work comes from a mixture of contracts with Sheffield City Council, Ground Rents, Endowments, grants, fund raising and our own recycled surplus.
In 2010 we manage and maintain 7 Parks and Gardens in the area, support ongoing greenspace regeneration informed by the neighbourhood masterplan, undertake area wide environmental Problem Solving and monitoring on behalf of all local land owners, help to raise resources for new projects and assist in the delivery of the Activating Spaces Programme.
