Who should attend?
This course has been designed for supervisors, middle management and the owners of small businesses or indeed anyone with a responsibility for health and safety. It is intended to equip persons in a supervisory position with adequate knowledge to ensure that their company operates in a safe manner.
Course content. The course will be presented in a varied and interesting way and will include the following: The concepts of health & safety/ Workplace accidents & ill health/ Work equipment / Legislation /Manual handling / Supervising health & safety.
A course book and a comprehensive delegate pack will be provided upon booking a place.
Duration = 2 Days
Qualification ; Level 3 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace qualification.
Routes for Progression - Successful delegates could progress on to the Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.
