We create, maintain and supply vegetation on roofs. These roofs reduce energy costs, reduce drainage and water storage requirements and help meet building standards on energy performance. They can also increase roof life expectancy, help gain planning permission, increase property values, help to green the city and provide more recreational space.
Our green roof solutions can offer all of the above but also our lightweight substrate is made from 100% recycled materials both reducing costs and diverting waste away from landfill. Our biodiversity rich extensive green roof seed mix is a simple and cost effective solution requiring little or no maintenance. Green Estate can supply, deliver and maintain green roofs to order for both intensive and extensive green roofs. For small, medium and large roofs substrate can be supplied loose, in tonne bags or 25kg bags.
